We emphasize respectable room occupancy and ample spaces for gathering, playing video games, watching sports, and enjoying life beyond work.

Flexibility & Affordability

We invite you to be a part of our exciting launch! Now is the time to share your needs so we can support you and your community. If we can house 60 workers, costs are approximately $400 per month per worker. For 80 workers, this could drop to $350 per month. These figures can adjust based on interest and needs — let's discuss how we can make it work for everyone.

Hello, I’m Arthur Page. With a background in architecture and construction, I've spent the last five years living and working in this area. During this time, I've observed the unique challenges that farm workers face when it comes to housing. Our team is here to simplify the real estate logistics for you. We handle everything from inspections and certifications to managing property taxes, utilities, and repairs. Additionally, we offer transportation logistics services if needed.
